All items sold by Health Is Wealth Maui LLC carry full factory warranties. Any product received damaged or defective will be promptly replaced or repaired at no cost to the customer. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on many of our products if returned in "like new" resaleable condition. A 25% restocking fee for items returned within 30 days of receipt with RA# applies to the following products: Aranizer air and water purification systems, Water Ionizers, IonCleanse footbaths, cold lasers and Terraquant laser products. Custom made massage and spa tables are not refundable.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Health Is Wealth Maui LLC offers free shipping in the continental US on all purchases over $300, except for Spa Tables and Medical/Radiolucent Tables. Shipping time depends upon product(s) ordered. Most items are in stock and will be shipped via UPS or Fedex for arrival with our free shipping program within one week. These items include all cold lasers and Jupiter water ionizers. Most spa tables are manufactured upon request according to color and specifications requested and can take 2-4 weeks, Aranizer products are usually shipped within 1-2 weeks of ordering. If products are wanted sooner, overnight and next day options are sometimes available for a fee. Please ask your sales person. If you are from another country please request a shipping quote.

 

RETURN REFUND POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return your purchase in resalable condition (meaning new condition with no marks, tears, scratches or erasures on the original product, and with all original retail packaging literature, manuals and warranties) within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, and receive a refund, minus all to and from shipping and handling charges (even if the shipping is free) and restocking fees if applicable. Please call for a return authorization number, which must be written on the return label or shipping box. Please include your order number or a copy of your receipt and reason for the return. It is highly advised to send the product back via a traceable method such as UPS or Fed Ex. Health Is Wealth Maui LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged items sent back by a customer. Please provide Health Is Wealth Maui LLC with a tracking number upon shipment.

Packages sent without the RA number will be refused. We do not accept returns of any item returned more than 30 days after delivery or any item that is not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts. Please do not send us items that do not meet these conditions. We do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.

The customer is responsible for return postage on all returns unless defective or damaged. If damaged or defective and the customer wishes to return with no replacement the customer must pay for shipping charges.
Customer is responsible for loss or damage during shipping returns. We recommend all return packages be insured.

We carry many products from many suppliers who have their own restock/refund policy that Health Is Wealth Maui LLC must comply with. Items that are refused or cancelled after the item is shipped and before it arrives at your location will incur a minimum 5% refund fee plus any shipping costs (shipping to and from your location), even if free shipping. These fees will be deducted from your refund.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, we do not accept credit cards. Please see our International Orders Page. All shipping prices to any country outside of USA, do NOT include any customs charges, duty charges or tax charges, which your country may charge you. To find out what your charges may be you will need to contact your local customs office. Health Is Wealth Maui LLC is not responsible for these charges. The customer will be responsible for all custom duty charges and any local and federal taxes that may be added to the shipment. Customers who decline to pay any custom duty charges will be automatically charged this rate if Customs bills Health Is Wealth Maui LLC. Customers who refuse shipment on any International orders will be responsible to pay all shipping charges to and from the destination and any custom duty charges that may be charged to Health Is Wealth Maui LLC, plus a minimum 10% refund fee.

Items that are returned more than 30 days after receipt will not be refunded. Items returned within this time frame that are damaged and not in sellable condition will not received a full refund.

Damaged or Defective Items that you receive damaged due to shipping or that are defective due to factory fault will be promptly exchanged. Please note that if you wish to exchange items that are not defective or damaged, a processing fee or shipping fee will apply.

PACKING AND SENDING YOUR RETURN

Simply wrap the package securely in its original packaging, making sure to include all manuals and accessories. For your protection, we highly recommend that you adequately insure the item you are returning. Please include a note indicating the reason for your return and include the packing slip or receipt with your return.

We highly recommend using UPS or FedEx, because you will be able to track shipments and because of the ease and speed to receive damage claims. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper, and send the package to the following address:

All returns must include RA Number, a copy of your receipt and the reason for the return.

Packages sent without Return Authorization Number will be refused. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 business days of receipt of your item.

International Orders: Credit cards will not be accepted on all orders originating out of North America.
